There is a slight delay from a few strategists, but timely reminders are given to ensure all post links were updated on the dashboard.
You should establish a mandatory rule for timely inclusion of links. Penalties may be introduced if information is included late.
Recently, I announced that post payments are processed based on the data downloaded on the 3rd of the current month. Only posts available on the dashboard at that time are considered for payment. If a post is not uploaded on the dashboard on the day of publication, both the post amount and CPA for that post will not be paid.
Attendance is lower during purely educative or fun sessions, but engagement is slightly higher when motivational elements are included in the activities or workshops.
You should make attendance at training sessions for strategists mandatory.
Even though attendance is made mandatory for everyone, participation remains low. In the recent workshop, attendance was made mandatory and reinforced by introducing a secret code word, a participation certificate, and a special advantage for those who attended and shared the code word. Despite of that we had only 28 participants out of 67.
