Role & responsibilities

* Visit assigned client sites and engage with potential customers in person

* Follow up on leads provided by the company and generate current business opportunities

* Explain company services clearly and present customized solutions to clients

* Collect requirements and share accurate quotations based on client needs

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

* Negotiate terms, pricing, and close deals effectively

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

* Maintain regular updates and reports on client visits, discussions, and conversions

Preferred candidate profile

* Background in field sales or direct sales is preferred

* Strong communication ( Hindi , English )and interpersonal skills

* Ability to convince, negotiate, and close deals

* Willingness to travel and visit multiple sites regularly

* Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach

* Basic understanding of sales processes and client handling
