We are looking for a proactive Supply Associate to manage service partner onboarding, customer quotations, payment coordination, and daily field operations. The candidate should have good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Share quotations and coordinate with customers regarding services
* Handle customer payment coordination and follow-ups
* Conduct 23 field visits daily for partner/customer coordination
* Negotiate pricing and service-related requirements with partners
* Ensure smooth service delivery and operational support
* Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and process management
Key Requirements:
* Positive communication and negotiation skills
* Experience in vendor/service partner handling preferred
* Comfortable with field visits and operational work
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks
* Basic knowledge of service operations and customer handling
