AWS Redshift Data Engineer 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines on AWS.
- Work extensively with Amazon Redshift for data warehousing, loading, transformation, and query optimization.
- Develop data pipelines using AWS Glue, S3, Lambda, and Athena.
- Write complex and optimized SQL queries for large datasets.
- Use Python/PySpark for data processing, automation, and transformation.
- Implement data ingestion from databases, APIs, files, and other sources.
- Perform data modeling, schema design, data validation, and quality checks.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize pipeline performance and AWS resource usage.




- Work with Airflow or AWS Step Functions for workflow orchestration.
- Follow best practices for Git, CI/CD, security, and data governance.

Must-Have Skills

- 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
- Solid hands-on experience with AWS Redshift.
- Strong SQL and Python skills.
- Experience with AWS Glue, S3, Lambda, and Athena.
- Hands-on experience in ETL/ELT and data warehousing.
- Good understanding of data modeling and performance tuning.
- Experience with PySpark/Spark is preferred.
- Knowledge of Airflow, Git, and CI/CD is an advantage.
