- Source business from DSA (Direct Sales Agent) to achieve sales targets for home loans and other financial products.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase market share in the assigned territory.
- Build solid relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in housing finance or home finance.
- Strong understanding of prime HL (Housing Loan) products and processes.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through direct selling channels (DSA).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
