ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

TopHawks is managing and executing the program for Skkytop Limited, a growing player in the solar energy sector with capabilities spanning photovoltaic module manufacturing, EPC services and renewable power generation.

As part of this engagement, TopHawks is looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Program Manager who will be responsible for managing the program on behalf of TopHawks and coordinating closely with Skkytop's leadership, customers, project teams, vendors and other stakeholders.

This is a high-ownership, field-intensive role requiring extensive travel across India.

The successful candidate must be comfortable travelling extensively, visiting project and customer locations, managing teams on the ground, coordinating multiple stakeholders and personally driving resolution of execution challenges.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. End-to-End Program Management

- Take end-to-end ownership of the Skkytop program being managed by TopHawks.
- Convert business objectives, project requirements and customer commitments into structured execution plans.
- Develop program timelines, milestones, resource plans, responsibilities and deliverables.
- Establish program governance, review mechanisms and escalation processes.
- Monitor progress against agreed KPIs, timelines and quality standards.
- Ensure timely execution and closure of program activities.
- Escalate critical issues to TopHawks leadership with clear analysis and recommended solutions.

2. Pan-India Field Execution

- Travel extensively across India to oversee program execution.
- Visit customer locations, project sites, partner locations and other operational sites.
- Conduct physical reviews and validate execution progress on the ground.
- Coordinate with EPC teams, installation teams, contractors, vendors and local stakeholders.
- Identify execution gaps and drive corrective action.
- Ensure field execution is aligned with agreed SOPs, processes and quality standards.
- Maintain direct visibility into ground-level execution rather than relying solely on reports.

3. Skkytop Stakeholder Coordination

- Work closely with Skkytop's leadership and designated business/project teams.
- Understand Skkytop's business objectives and translate them into actionable execution plans.
- Coordinate between Skkytop and TopHawks teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Participate in customer meetings, project reviews and operational discussions.
- Ensure commitments and action items are clearly documented, assigned and closed.
- Maintain professional and transparent communication across all stakeholders.

4. Customer & Client Management

- Represent the program professionally in customer and stakeholder interactions.
- Develop strong working relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Understand customer requirements and ensure appropriate internal action.
- Manage operational escalations and drive them to closure.
- Track customer concerns, commitments and service issues.




- Proactively identify potential customer dissatisfaction and address issues before escalation.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate closely with:

- Skkytop Leadership & Business Teams
- Sales & Business Development
- EPC / Project Execution Teams
- Engineering & Technical Teams

The Program Manager will act as the central coordination point for program execution.

6. MIS, Dashboards & Reporting

- Establish structured reporting systems for the program.
- Track project/program progress, milestones, resources, costs, quality and risks.
- Prepare weekly and monthly program MIS.
- Analyse deviations and identify corrective actions.
- Provide clear management dashboards and actionable insights to TopHawks leadership.
- Prepare program updates for review with Skkytop stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all program reporting.

7. Risk & Issue Management

- Identify operational, commercial and execution risks proactively.
- Maintain program-level risk and issue registers.
- Develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Drive resolution of critical issues across functions.
- Escalate matters requiring senior-level intervention in a structured manner.
- Ensure issues are tracked until final closure.

8. Process & Operational Excellence

- Develop and implement program SOPs and operating processes.
- Standardise reporting, review and escalation mechanisms.
- Identify recurring execution problems and implement permanent solutions.
- Improve productivity, quality and operational efficiency.
- Build scalable systems that can support expansion of the program across India.

EXTENSIVE TRAVEL – MANDATORY

Extensive travel across India is an essential requirement of this role.

The candidate must be comfortable with:

- Frequent domestic travel
- Multi-city and multi-state program management
- Regular project/site visits
- Customer visits
- Short-notice travel when required
