We are looking for an experienced Architect to oversee architectural planning, design development, execution coordination, and quality standards for hotel projects. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to 4-star/5-star hotels, luxury hospitality spaces, renovations, refurbishments, and large-scale commercial projects. Key Responsibilities • Develop and review architectural concepts, layouts, working drawings and detailed design documentation. • Coordinate architectural design with structural, MEP, interior and other consultants. • Review drawings and ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications. • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor execution and architectural quality. • Ensure hotel spaces meet required functional, aesthetic, safety and hospitality standards. • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants and project teams. • Review material samples, mock-ups, finishes and workmanship. • Identify design conflicts and provide practical solutions during execution.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and approved design intent. • Support renovation, refurbishment and new-build hotel projects. • Maintain proper documentation, revisions and drawing records. • Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, fire safety requirements and statutory norms. Desired Profile • Bachelors/Masters degree in Architecture from a recognised institution. • 812 years of relevant architectural experience. • Strong preference for candidates with 4-star/5-star hotel or premium hospitality project experience. • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant design/documentation software. • Knowledge of SketchUp/Revit/3D software will be an advantage. • Strong understanding of hospitality planning, BOQ, materials and construction detailing. • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
