Job Summary

We are looking for Automotive Electrical & Electronics Quality responsible for field quality, warranty analysis and failure investigation of electrical and electronic components used in LCVs and Buses, including Diesel, CNG and EV vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle field/warranty complaints related to automotive electrical and electronic components.
- Perform vehicle-level fault diagnosis, DTC analysis and troubleshooting using diagnostic tools.
- Investigate failures related to ECUs, wiring harnesses, sensors, relays, actuators, alternators, starters and electronic modules.
- Conduct component testing, teardown and failure analysis to identify root causes.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive corrective/preventive actions for recurring field failures.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Production, Supplier Quality,



Service and other cross-functional teams for issue resolution and closure.
- Work with suppliers to address component-quality issues and ensure effective corrective actions.
- Analyse warranty/field data and identify repetitive failure trends and quality improvement opportunities.
- Support validation and implementation of corrective actions to improve vehicle and component reliability.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong experience in automotive electrical/electronics quality or field quality.
- Hands-on experience in vehicle electrical troubleshooting and failure diagnosis.
- Exposure to commercial vehicles, LCVs, buses and/or EVs will be preferred.
- Valuable understanding of ECU, CAN communication, wiring harness, sensors and vehicle diagnostic systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.
