Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (SF-RMK) Consultant to design, implement, and support Recruiting Marketing solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors suite. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SF Recruiting Marketing (RMK), Recruiting Management (RCM), Career Site Builder (CSB), Candidate Experience, and integrations with other SuccessFactors modules. The consultant will work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable recruitment solutions and enhance employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK) solutions.
- Design and maintain Career Site Builder (CSB) pages, templates, branding, and candidate-facing experiences.
- Configure and support Recruiting Management (RCM) and RMK integration.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Configure job requisitions, job postings, talent pools, and candidate workflows.




- Manage employer branding activities within the RMK platform.
- Support RMK integrations with social media platforms, job boards, and third-party recruiting systems.
- Work on role-based permissions (RBP), business rules, and security configurations.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and production support activities.
- Analyze and optimize recruitment processes to improve candidate attraction and conversion rates.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.

Required Skills

- Robust experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK).
- Experience with Recruiting Management (RCM) and Career Site Builder (CSB).
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors platform configuration and administration.
- Experience with Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
- Understanding of candidate experience management and recruitment lifecycle processes.
- Experience with job board integrations and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Release Management and Testing.
- Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills.
