Mandatory Requirements:

- Experience in Personal Loan Sales
- Prior team handling experience (minimum 10 team members)
- Exposure to Call Centre / BPO workplace

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of Virtual Sales / Tele-sales executives.
- Drive personal loan sales through calls and digital channels.
- Achieve monthly sales, disbursement and revenue targets.
- Monitor team performance, productivity and conversion ratios.
- Generate leads and ensure proper follow-up with customers.
- Handle customer queries and resolve escalations.
- Track daily/weekly/monthly sales MIS.
- Coach the team to improve conversion and productivity.
- Ensure proper documentation, KYC and compliance processes.
