- Lead hands-on App training for Lineman, Feeder In-charge, JEN, AEN, XEN & SE
- Conduct 3–4 field training sessions/week
- Train teams using real feeder & consumer data
- Drive 90%+ successful platform adoption
- Identify & mentor local Kshetra Pratinidhi / Champions
- Support and mentor Field Support Trainers
- Conduct assessments, remediation & practical re-assessments
- Track progress and ensure training quality across the assigned circle
Job Requirements :
Education: B.Tech / B.E. – Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Experience: 5+ years
- Training delivery / Power Distribution / DISCOM experience preferred
- Fluent Hindi / Marwari + working English
- Robust field presence & communication skills
- Comfortable with mobile apps & digital platforms
- Confident classroom + field facilitator
- Willingness to travel across the assigned JVVNL circle
