• Knowledge of Automation, Electrical Projects & Technology Upgradation
• Strong exposure to CAPEX/OPEX, Maintenance Budget & Cost Control
• Expertise in Critical Spares & Inventory Management
• Strong Vendor Management & Contract Negotiation skills
• Experience in Team Management, Training & Development
• Strong focus on Energy Saving & Continuous Improvement
• Manage vendors, critical spares and maintenance inventory.
• Train and develop the electrical maintenance team

- Candidates from Steel / Steel Rolling / Steel Tube Manufacturing industries preferred.
- Should be a strong team leader with excellent people-management and problem-solving skills.
