Primary role

- Coordinate audit activities with Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, Security, and other IT teams.

- Collect, validate, organize, and maintain audit evidences and documentation.

- Track audit observations and ensure timely closure of action items.

- Review Change Management records for process compliance and documentation completeness.

- Maintain and periodically review IT policies, SOPs, standards, and operational documents.

- Monitor compliance with IT processes and highlight deviations for corrective action.

- Prepare weekly and monthly governance, compliance, and audit status reports.

- Coordinate with Internal Audit, Information Security, GRC, Compliance, and business teams.

- Assist in improving documentation, governance processes, and compliance practices.
