Qualificationand Experience Required:

- B.Ed. (Mandatory) + Post Graduation (Preferably)

- Minimum 10-12 years of experience inteaching/teachers training/ teachers mentoring.

About the Job:

The purpose of this role is toidentify training needs and conduct trainings and support Quality SupportProgram with the state team.

Key Responsibility Area:

- TrainingNeed Assessment in the designated area (State / District/ Block Level)

- Identifygaps based on feedback from Project Head/Project Coordinators/Regional Head.

- Proposesolution and plan of action with Sr. Manager-Training / Head T&C.;





- Planning &deployment; of district level training for teachers (Implementation of TrainingCalendar)

- Pedagogical/skillbased training

- Leadershiptraining of Head of schools

- Otherselected scholastic/co-scholastic training

- SchoolVisit and on the job support to the teachers and academic mentors

- Impactanalysis of training organized

- Managingtraining data and documentation for future iterations.

- Proactivelyidentifying the need and extending academic support to the Team.

- Refreshertraining for the Academic Mentors.

- Coordinatingwith DIETs / SCERTs for content creation and capacity building workshops

- Supportand Contribute to T&C; on other academic assignments related to curriculum,training and assessment
