- Develop new food products by conducting research on ingredients, processes, and packaging materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design prototypes and test recent product concepts.
- Conduct sensory evaluation of new products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Analyze data from testing results to optimize product formulations and improve taste, texture, and appearance.
Job Requirements :
- 7-15 years of experience in food technology or related field (e.g., food processing).
- Strong understanding of food science principles, including microbiology, chemistry, and nutrition.
- Experience working in the food industry or a similar sector (e.g., pharmaceuticals).
- Proficiency in using software such as Food Inc. or Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church Medical College's research tools.
