Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to customers for immunohematology products, including IVD kits and reagents.

- Troubleshoot issues with instruments, consumables, and software related to immunohematology testing.

- Conduct in office visits to resolve customer complaints and provide training on product usage.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall service delivery.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issue resolutions, and product performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in after sales support or servicing of medical devices or equipment.

- Strong knowledge of immunohematology principles and practices (IVD).

- Proficiency in troubleshooting techniques for electronic medical devices.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Good English Speaking and communication skills.
