Job Title: Home Care Nurse
Location: Patients Home / Assigned Area in Coimbatore
Employment Type: FullTime
Shifts Type: Day or Night as required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care as per care plan
- Monitor vital signs & patient condition
- Administer medications, injections, IVs, wound/catheter care
- Assist with daily living activities
- Maintain records & report health changes
- Educate patients/families on hygiene & treatment
- Ensure infection control & safety standards
- Offer emotional support & respond to emergencies
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelors in Nursing with valid license
- Prior homecare/clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication & independent work skills
- Compassionate, adaptable, and trustworthy
