Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SQL & Python Developer with a strong background in the Investment Management domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing data-driven solutions, working with large financial datasets, and supporting analytics and reporting requirements for investment management functions.

This role requires a combination of strong technical expertise in SQL and Python, along with a solid understanding of investment management processes, financial instruments, and data flows.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines.
- Develop data processing, automation, and analytics solutions using Python.
- Work with investment management datasets, including portfolio, holdings, transactions, securities, and performance data.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation,



and quality checks across multiple data sources.
- Support reporting, regulatory, and operational data requirements.
- Build and maintain scalable ETL and data integration processes.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and implement performance improvements.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, and best practice implementation.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

- Solid expertise in SQL with experience in query optimization and performance tuning.
- Advanced proficiency in Python for data processing, automation, and analytics.
- Experience in ETL development and data integration.
- Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts.
- Experience with data warehousing and reporting solutions.
- Knowledge of version control tools such as Git.
