Business Analyst

Qualification : Post graduate degree in Commerce/Finance/ Accounting OR Graduation with CA

Job Overview

Kalyan Jewellers India Limited is looking for a Business Analyst with 35 years of experience in requirement

gathering, process analysis, testing, implementation, application support, and stakeholder coordination related

to finance operations. The candidate should have a strong understanding of Accounting and Finance and positive

knowledge of Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations. This is a client-side

functional role involving coordination with business teams, vendors, and implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements.

• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, process flows, user stories, and test scenarios.

• Analyse As-Is processes and recommend improved To-Be processes.

• Evaluate business requirements and their accounting impact.

• Coordinate solution design, testing, implementation, and issue resolution.

• Support SIT, UAT, data migration, master-data validation, and reconciliations.





• Coordinate integrations with ERP, POS, banking, payment, inventory, and other systems.

• Support controls, approvals, user training, go-live, and process improvements.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of GL, AP, AR, journals, purchase, sales, inventory accounting, receipts, payments, and

reconciliations.

• Strong business analysis, process mapping, documentation, and testing skills.

• Understanding of controls, approvals, audit, and reconciliation requirements.

• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and process-mapping tools.

Good to Have

• Functional exposure to Oracle Fusion ERP.

• ERP implementation, migration, enhancement, or support experience.

• Knowledge of APIs, middleware, integrations, reporting, GST, and statutory requirements.

• Experience in jewellery, retail, manufacturing, distribution, or multi-location businesses.
