Job Description:
- Source and recruit healthcare professionals for US staffing requirements.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Work on profiles such as RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Allied Health professionals, etc.
- Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing channels to identify candidates.
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment/Staffing.
- Good understanding of US healthcare roles and recruitment processes.
- Robust sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in the US shift/night shift.
