Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Junior Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MIVAN construction/ real estate industry and the ability to ensure projects are executed smoothly, on time, and within quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors,
and labors to maintain project schedules.
• Monitor and enforce quality control and safety standards on-site.
• Prepare site reports, documentation, and progress updates.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and design teams to resolve site-related issues.
Requirements
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 1+ years of experience in construction/ real estate.
• Proficiency in interpreting drawings and specifications.
• Good exposure in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project, Building Information Modelling (BIM), Construction Project Management Software and others
• Knowledge of reading & understanding structural drawing and construction methods like MIVAN-shuttering/conventional construction
• Understanding of IS Codes, quality, control & safety standards
• Robust communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
