We are looking for an R&D; Engineer who enjoys working with complex problems, experiments, data and measurements. The role involves developing the methods and understanding required to define and build quality into the technology from the early stages of development.
What You Will Do
- Develop and validate characterization and measurement methods.
- Identify and establish Critical Quality Parameters (CQPs).
- Study the relationship between material, process, measurement and product performance.
- Design experiments to understand critical parameters and sources of variation.
- Develop systems and methods to generate reliable, repeatable and meaningful data.
- Work closely with R&D;, manufacturing and Quality teams to translate technical understanding into scalable quality systems.

- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Interest in experimentation, characterization, measurement science and data analysis.
- Ability to understand complex technical problems from first principles.
- Someone comfortable working in an evolving R&D; environment where methods and systems are still being built.
Qualifications, education, and experience
1. B.E./B.Tech Or M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience: 0–5 years
