Experience requirements

- Total experience: 10+ years in IT delivery, infrastructure, or platform engineering
- Atlassian-specific experience: 5+ years leading Atlassian Cloud migrations (Cloud-to-Cloud strongly preferred)
- Migration Program leadership: Minimum 3 completed Atlassian migration Programs (end-to-end) in a lead capacity
- BFSI / regulated industry: At least 2 engagements in banking, financial services, or insurance environments with security, compliance, and audit requirements

Certifications (required / preferred)

- Required: Atlassian Certified Professional Jira Administration (Cloud)
- Required: Atlassian Certified Skilled — Confluence Administration (Cloud)
- Preferred: ITIL v4 Foundation
- Preferred: PMP or Prince2 Practitioner

Hands-on Atlassian accelerator & enabler experience

- Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA):



Must have hands-on experience executing JCMA migrations including project mapping, user mapping, field/scheme handling, and re-run (delta) capabilities
- Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant (CCMA): Must have executed CCMA space migrations with attachment handling, internal link remediation, and macro fallback management
- Delta sync scripting: Proven experience designing and building automated delta/incremental migration scripts using Atlassian REST APIs, JCMA/CCMA re-run capabilities, or third-party migration tools
- Reconciliation automation: Experience building automated source-vs-target reconciliation (issue/page/attachment counts, exception flagging)
