Position:- Lead Engineer (Instrumentation Design)

Location:- Corporate Office @ Vadodara (Gujarat)

Qualification:- B.E / B.Tech Instrumentation & Control Engineering

Experience:- 8+ Years of experience.

- Should have experience in designing field.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Hydrocarbons, Chemical industry; Pre-commissioning / commissioning exposure desirable.
- Knowledge of various Industry Codes and Standards, Hazardous Area Classification, Instruments selection and sizing etc.
- Exposure to AutoCAD, Instruments sizing tools, M.S. Excel are required.
- Excellent communication skills in verbal & written English.

Job Responsibility:-

- Preparation of engineering deliverables: Instrument Index, I/O schedule, JB schedule, cable schedule, instrument datasheets, material requisition, Instrument hook up drawings, instrument location plan, cable tray layout, control room layout, functional loop schematic diagram, loop diagram, etc.
- Review of vendor offers &TBE.; Clarification of vendor offer.
- Interface engineering with other disciplines (Process, Piping, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical)
- Technical bid analysis by aligning technically vendors offer.
- Lead the following instrumentation engineering & procurement activities:
- Design basis
- Instrument Index and I/O list
- Instrument datasheets
- Control system specification and architecture
- Hook up drawings
- Loop diagrams
- Cable tray layouts
- Cable & JB schedule
- Instrument & JB location plan
- BOQ and tender
- RFQ, technical evaluation and TBA
- VDR
