- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets in the BFSI sector.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales performance through direct channels, tied channels, and agency partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted campaigns.
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members to improve their skills and product knowledge.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in BFSI sales or related field.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and services.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a rapid-paced environment.
