1. Project Execution & Site Management

- Execute civil construction activities including buildings, Projects, foundations, and utilities.
- Supervise site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely project completion.

2. Planning & Coordination

- Prepare project plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, EHS, QA) for project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.

3. Quality Control

- Ensure all civil works comply with quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and verify material quality (cement, steel, aggregates).
- Implement corrective actions for deviations.

4. Maintenance & Infrastructure Management

- Oversee maintenance of plant infrastructure including buildings, drainage systems, and utilities.
- Identify and address repair and renovation requirements.
