Role & responsibilities
- Assist patients and attendants with registration, consultation, investigations, and other OPD-related processes.
- Guide patients to the appropriate doctor, consultation room, diagnostic area, pharmacy, billing counter or other departments.
- Manage patient queues and support smooth patient movement within the OPD.
- Assist elderly, disabled, or physically challenged patients with wheelchair/stretcher movement when required.
- Support doctors and nursing staff during routine OPD activities as instructed.
- Help prepare and maintain consultation rooms and ensure required supplies are available.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Minimum 10th/12th pass; healthcare-related certification is an advantage.
- Experience: 02 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, nursing home, or healthcare facility preferred.
