chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the valuation of diverse property types, supervising
site visits, scrutinizing legal documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to overall
success.
Responsibilities:
i. Perform thorough and meticulous real estate valuations encompassing a diverse range of properties,
including warehouses, commercial spaces, and residential properties.
ii. Create detailed and insightful reports following on-site visits to properties. Capture and document key
information gathered during inspections, highlighting crucial aspects that contribute to the property's
value and potential.
iii. Establish a robust system for monitoring and reporting the progress of ongoing cases.
iv. Scrutinize legal documents related to properties, such as sale deeds, leases, and sale agreements.




Conduct a thorough examination to identify any potential legal implications or issues that may impact the
valuation or overall viability of the property. Provide clear and concise summaries of legal findings to
facilitate decision-making.
v. Verify and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by meticulously reviewing permissions and
Development Control Regulations from relevant authorities.
vi. Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, and market conditions within the real estate sector. Stay
informed about emerging patterns and dynamics that may influence property values or market demand.
Qualifications and Skills:
i. Bachelors degree (Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field).
ii. Proven experience in real estate valuation (will be preferred).
iii. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
iv. Familiarity with legal aspects of real estate.
v. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
vi. Ability to effectively manage and lead a team.
