- Troubleshoot HPLC instrumentation issues such as pressure fluctuations, baseline drift, and column degradation.
- Execute routine maintenance including pump seal replacements, needle calibrations, and mobile phase filtering.
- Calibrate and qualify laboratory equipment according to scheduled master plans.
- Perform HPLC/UHPLC analysis on raw materials, stability samples, and finished products.
- Prepare standard and sample solutions precisely according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and pharmacopeia .
- Operate and maintain HPLC systems, detectors (UV-Vis, PDA, RI, MS), and chromatography data software.
- Perform HPLC/UHPLC analysis on raw materials, stability samples, and finished products.
