As a Junior Architect at Rhinestoa ( A Ceiver Brand ), you will work closely with award-winning architects and experienced project professionals across design and project execution.

This is a hands-on role where you will get exposure to the complete journey of a project — from concept and architectural design to drawings, coordination, site execution, and final delivery.

The role will require you to work from both our office and project sites.

Key Responsibilities

Assist architects in developing architectural concepts and designs.

Prepare plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detailed drawings.

Develop 2D and 3D presentations and models.

Assist in design development and construction documentation.

Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.

Visit project sites and monitor execution against approved drawings and designs.

Identify design and execution issues and coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution.

Assist in material selection, detailing, and design coordination.

Maintain drawings, revisions, project documentation, and schedules.

Participate in client and consultant meetings when required.





Assist in ensuring that the design intent is maintained throughout project execution.

Support the senior architects and project team in delivering projects on time and to the required quality standards.

Requirements

B.Arch degree from a recognised institution.

0–3 years of experience in architecture or construction.

Fresh graduates with strong design skills and a good portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Good knowledge of AutoCAD is required.

Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, 3ds Max, Photoshop or similar software will be an advantage.

Positive understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and construction.

Strong design sense and attention to detail.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Willingness to work at both the Rhinestoa office and project sites.
