Responsibilities

Senior Engineer Responsibilities

- Completing HOTO
- Ensuring to Achieve Guaranteed generation/per megawatt with highest performance
- Ensuring and maintaining Site in terms of -Progress on Physical appearances/system/5S/KAIZEN methodology etc.
- Ensuring timely report sharing/Genration reports etc
- Ensuring rapid response time to attend fault
- Preparing and Maintain of All Site level records/ Documents
- SCADA and Communication uptime achievement
- Ensure timely ABT Meters, Weather sensor, & Testing Equipments etc.
- Completion of Liasoning & documentation with GSS/vendors
- Ensure safety of people and equipment
- Quick Escalation to resolve any customer complaint

Senior Technician Responsibilities

- 100% Adherence to annual PM Plan
- Supervising module cleaning at site
- Ensuring All Energy meter and other equipments insatlled in plant complete readings
- Response time for Attend breakdown in minimum time




- SCADA and Communication uptime achievement through Supervision and troubleshooting
- Field observation for Unsafe consditions and other inspection of site
- Timely Escalation to resolve any customer complaint
- Follow instructions of seniors
- Daily work records

Qualifications

- For Senior Engineer: Electrical Diploma/Engineering with relevant experience is must. Solar experienced candidates will be given preference.
- For Senior technician: ITI Electrical is must with relevant experience. Solar candidates will be preferred.

Education

- UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical, Diploma - Electrical
