Role & Responsibilities

- Receive candidate leads through our platform
• Call and screen candidates based on job requirements
• Understand candidate profiles and assess their suitability
• Conduct initial interviews with shortlisted candidates
• Follow up with candidates and coordinate interview schedules
• Help suitable candidates move forward in the recruitment process
• Update candidate status through the platform

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Freshers, Undergraduates, Graduates and Postgraduates can apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over calls
• Interested in recruitment and interviewing
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
