NPosition OverviewnWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Lead to establish and lead our B2B Sales & Operations team in Gurugram. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 4–5 executives, developing relationships with education consultants and business partners across India, ensuring smooth admission and visa processing, and driving business growth. NThis is a leadership rolerequiring excellent people management, business development, operational coordination, and problem-solving skills. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4–5 sales and operations executives. N Recruit, train, and monitor team performance to achieve business objectives. N Build and maintain strong relationships with education consultants, referral partners, and sub-agents across India. N Generate new B2B partnerships and expand the company's business network. N Ensure timely follow-upon enquiries, applications, admissions, and visa processes. N Coordinate with universities, colleges, overseas partners, and internal departments. N Monitor daily productivity and ensure service quality across the team. N Resolve operational challenges and support team members in handling complex cases. N Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for senior management. N Ensure all company processes,



documentation, and compliance standards are followed. N Drive business growth through strategic planning, partner engagement, and team performance. N Represent the company professionally during partner meetings, exhibitions, seminars, and business events whenever required. NnRequired Qualifications Nn Bachelor's degreein any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory). N Minimum 2–4 years ofexperience in a Team Leader, Team Manager, Operations Lead, or similar leadership role in any industry. N Experience managing sales, customer service, telecalling, admissions, operations, or business development teams. N Strong leadership and team management abilities. N Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills. N Ability to work under targets and deadlines. N Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. N Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
