Job Title: SAP PS (Project System) Consultant – 5+ Years | Noida

About the Role:

We are hiring an experienced SAP Project System (PS) Consultant to lead configuration and implementation of project planning, execution, cost tracking, and settlement processes for internal and customer-facing projects. This is a hands-on implementation role covering full lifecycle configuration, testing, and end-user enablement.

Location: Noida (On-site),5 Days WFO

Experience Required: 5+ Years relevant SAP PS experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure Project Definitions, WBS Elements, Project/Status/Planning Profiles
- Configure Networks, Network Profiles, Activity Types, control keys, and relationships for scheduling and resource planning
- Set up cost planning structures for WBS and network activities; implement Budgeting and Availability Control
- Configure material assignment to WBS/network, automatic PR generation,



and material consumption tracking against projects
- Configure Milestones for billing, approvals, and progress tracking
- Define Settlement Rules and Profiles; configure receivers (cost centers, assets, internal orders, customer billing)
- Activate and configure SAP Fiori apps for project monitoring and reporting
- Conduct Unit and Integration Testing
- Deliver End User Training (Train-the-Trainer) and prepare User Manuals

Requirements:

- 5+ years hands-on SAP PS configuration experience across at least one full implementation cycle
- Robust integration knowledge across PS-CO, PS-MM, and ideally PS-SD
- Experience with S/4HANA PS and Fiori apps for project monitoring
- Prior experience testing, documenting, and training end users
- SAP PS certification is a plus
