Nuvora Stays is hiring an Interior Design Associate (On-site, Hyderabad).

We're a boutique, theme-based homestay startup, and we're looking for someone to travel, research, and help shape the experience behind our properties.

NIFT students and recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply — freshers and candidates with up to 1.5 years of experience welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel across India to research boutique stays, hotels, and themed properties
- Observe and document a property's theme, guest experience, interiors, décor, amenities, and operations
- Prepare detailed SOPs, research reports, and documentation from field observations
- Research vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, and artisans needed to execute different themes
- Conduct online market, competitor, and industry research to spot business opportunities
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity)

- Collaborate directly with the founders on research, operations, business development, and strategy

What We're Looking For

- Strong curiosity and a willingness to learn
- Excellent observation and analytical skills
- Good internet research abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to prepare organized reports and documentation
- A proactive attitude and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel frequently across India and work from our Hyderabad office
