JOB DESCRIPTION RTR (Fiberglass / GRE) Piping Technician Position Title RTR (Reinforced Thermosetting Resin) Piping Technician — Joiner / Laminator Project C2+ Feed Filtration System, Yanbu NGL Fractionation Plant (YNGLF) Contract / BI No. (phone hidden) / BI-10-14603 Discipline Mechanical — Piping (Non-metallic) Work Location YNGLF, Yanbu, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia JOB PURPOSE Install, joint, test and repair RTR (fiberglass / GRE) piping systems — principally the underground firewater network and associated non-metallic in-plant piping — in full accordance with Saudi Aramco standards SAES-L-610, SAES-L-620 and SAES-L-650, material specifications 01-SAMSS-034 and 01-SAMSS-042, the approved IFC drawings, and the pipe manufacturer's installation manual. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Execute adhesive-bonded, laminated and lock-type joints strictly to the approved Joint Procedure Specification — surface preparation, taper shaving, mixing ratios, cure temperature and cure time control. • Set up and operate heating blankets / collars, taper-shaving machines and alignment tooling; maintain cure logs and joint traceability records. • Perform field laminations, tie-ins, repairs and flange assembly,



including correct gasket selection and bolt torque sequence. • Install piping to line and grade in trench: bedding, backfill, thrust blocks, anchors, guides and supports per approved IFC drawings and isometrics. • Support hydrostatic testing, joint inspection and visual / holiday checks MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Vocational or technical certificate in a mechanical / piping trade, or equivalent verified trade testing.

• Minimum 3–5 years hands-on experience in RTR / GRE / GRP piping installation, of which at least 2 years on oil, gas or industrial projects. Saudi Aramco project experience preferred. • Valid/previous joiner / laminator qualification certificate issued or witnessed by the RTR pipe manufacturer for the specific joint type and diameter range as per SAES-L-650. • Ability to read and work from isometrics, piping drawings and material take-offs. • Physically fit for field conditions; valid medical fitness certificate and eligibility for Saudi Aramco site access. • Basic English, spoken and written, sufficient for safety instructions and quality records.
