Job Purpose:

Design, implement QA processes, strategies

Ensure high quality application deployment

Manage testing departments across projects

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop bank testing strategy
- Understand quality service parameters
- Build high-performance QA team
- Create traceability templates
- Present quality metrics, propose bug reduction
- Manage program financial objectives
- Build scalable QA platforms
- Own end-to-end testing cycles
- Establish quality, reliability standards
- Manage test script metadata
- Maintain bank compliance
- Define bug criticality metrics
- Automate test cases, integrate Dev Ops

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelors degree Computer Science, IT

Experience Required:

16+ years overall experience

10+ years testing experience

Internal: Engineering Leads, Product Owner, Business experts, IT audit, QA Team, Dev Ops Team

External: Partners, prospective suppliers

Skills

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SDETs and QA Engineers. Drive performance management, talent retention, and career . Test Automation Tech: Python, Selenium, Egg Plant, Katalon (Knowledge of architecture, not necessarily coding daily). Management & Governance: JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr, Rational Quality Manage
