Madbrains Technologies is expanding its international sales team, and we’re looking for a motivated ISR / Business Development Executive who knows how to generate opportunities in international markets.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with 1–2 years of experience in:

• Cold Email Outreach

• Cold Calling

• International Lead Generation

• B2B Sales / Business Development

• US & UK Markets

• Selling IT Services / Digital Services

• Prospecting, Follow-ups & Appointment Setting

IT Services Knowledge

The candidate should have a basic understanding of services such as:

• UI/UX Design

• Website Design & Development

• Mobile App Development

• Custom Software Development

• SaaS Product Development

• Dedicated Developers / IT Staffing

• Digital Product Design & Development

You don't need to be a technical expert — but you should be able to understand client requirements, explain IT services at a business level, and qualify international prospects.

✔ 1–2 years of experience in international sales / business development

✔ Hands-on experience with cold email & cold calling

✔ Good spoken and written English

✔ Comfortable communicating with international clients

✔ Understanding of B2B sales processes

✔ Experience selling IT / Software / Digital services is preferred

✔ Solid follow-up and relationship-building skills

✔ Target-oriented and hungry to grow

This is an office-based position .

What You’ll Do

• Identify and research potential international clients

• Build prospect lists

• Run cold email campaigns

• Make international cold calls

• Qualify leads and understand requirements

• Book meetings for the sales/closing team

• Follow up with prospects

• Maintain CRM and sales pipeline

• Work closely with the sales & delivery teams
