Role Description The Junior Accountant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhiwandi. The role involves assisting with daily accounting operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and supporting accounts payable and receivable activities. The Junior Accountant will help prepare and review invoices, reconcile bank statements, and support month-end and year-end closing processes. The role also includes maintaining accurate financial records,



assisting in the preparation of basic financial reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The individual will work closely with senior accounting staff, providing administrative and analytical support to help maintain productive financial operations.
Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Ability to work with accounting software and MS Excel for data entry, reporting, and basic analysis.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in numerical work, and good organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with finance and operations teams.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Integrity, reliability, and a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced packaging environment.
- Prior internship or junior-level experience in accounting or bookkeeping is an advantage.
