Are you passionate about fashion, storytelling and creating content that makes people stop scrolling? We’re looking for a creative, organised and hands-on Social Media Manager to grow our digital presence and bring KALISTA’s collections to life.
Location : Noida
Experience : 3+ years, preferably with a fashion, lifestyle or luxury brand
What you’ll do:
- Own our social media strategy and content calendar, with a strong focus on Instagram.
- Plan and execute engaging reels, stories, posts and collection-launch campaigns.
- Write compelling captions and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Collaborate with our design team, photographers and creators on shoots, styling and behind-the-scenes content.
- Manage day-to-day publishing and community engagement, coordinating customer enquiries with our sales team.
- Identify relevant influencers and manage collaborations, deliverables and performance tracking.
- Track reach, engagement, follower growth and website traffic, using insights to improve content.
- Work with our performance marketing team to align organic content with paid campaigns.
Who we’re looking for:
- A robust aesthetic sense and an understanding of fashion and brand storytelling.
- Excellent copywriting, communication and organisational skills.
- Hands-on experience creating short-form videos and using tools such as Canva and video-editing apps.
- Confidence with Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite and social media reporting.
- A portfolio showing content you’ve created, accounts you’ve managed and measurable results.
