We are looking for an experienced Area Regional Manager to manage and drive the performance of multiple jewellery showrooms across the assigned territory.

Experience: 8+ years

Qualification: Graduate / Any Degree

Industry: Retail Jewellery only

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage sales performance and business targets across multiple stores.
- Lead and guide Store Managers and sales teams to achieve individual and store targets.
- Analyse store performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and sales.
- Drive customer experience, selling standards and overall store performance.
- Monitor stock, inventory, stock audits and operational processes.
- Ensure adherence to store standards, visual merchandising and shop-floor discipline.
- Coach and develop sales teams through regular performance reviews and training.
- Track market trends, customer preferences and competitive activity.
- Share regular MIS and business insights with Management.
- Work closely with Retail Operations, HR, Training and Product teams.





Candidate Profile:

- 8+ years of experience in Retail Jewellery .
- Strong experience in managing multiple jewellery showrooms / stores .
- Proven experience in sales and team management.
- Strong analytical and business planning skills.
- Good understanding of jewellery retail operations and inventory management.
- Robust leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Please Note: This position requires candidates with strong Retail Jewellery Multi-Store / Multi-Showroom experience only . Candidates from B2B, wholesale, manufacturing or other industries will not be considered.
