Role Overview

We are looking for highly motivated and design-oriented Graduate Architects to join our in-house design and development team. This role offers a unique chance to participate in a variety of architectural and urban development projects in Bengaluru & Dehradun.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the conceptualization, planning, and design development of residential, commercial, and hospitality related projects.
- Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Enscape and D5 Render.
- Collaborate with external consultants to ensure design integrity and project coherence.
- Participate in site visits and support coordination between design and execution teams.
- Conduct research on architectural styles, materials, technologies,



and sustainability trends relevant to current and upcoming projects.
- Support the preparation of client presentations and design documentation for approvals.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B. Arch) from a recognized institution
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical understanding, and a good sense of spatial planning
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, Canva and MS Office
- Excellent communication and visualization skills
- High level of initiative, professionalism, and a collaborative approach to work
- A strong interest in real estate development, urban design, and the hospitality sector
- Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully to high-quality projects
