Role Description This full-time hybrid Sales Executive role is based in Gurugram . The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities for geotextiles, filter media and automotive while maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, meeting clients, preparing and presenting product proposals, negotiating terms, and closing sales.



The role also involves coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and providing regular sales reports and forecasts. The Sales Executive is expected to represent the company professionally at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events, and to support continuous improvement in customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, business development, and account management skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for interacting with clients at multiple levels.
- Basic understanding of industrial textiles or related product domains (geotextiles, filters, automotive felts, or comfort products) or strong willingness to learn.

- Demonstrated reliability, qualified ethics, and a customer-focused mindset; prior experience in B2B or industrial product sales is an advantage.
