About Lakeer (Paras Paper Mart)

We are Lakeer — a fast-growing D2C brand in the paper and stationery space, sold on leading online marketplaces, quick-commerce platforms, and our own website. We're a 12-person team based in Vadodara, run lean, and ship a lot of design — main images, A+ banners, infographic listings, and ad creatives — every single week. If you've ever obsessed over why one product main image converts 2x better than another, you'll feel at home here.

What you'll actually do

You'll own the visual layer of how our products show up online. Specifically:

- Design main images, secondary images, infographic banners, and lifestyle creatives for new and existing online product listings (10-20 SKUs/month)

- Build premium content modules and brand store pages from scratch

- Iterate quickly on CTR-driving image variants based on data shared by the ads team (we A/B test images regularly)

- Maintain a clean, on-brand visual system across every SKU

- Keep up with marketplace image guidelines (1:1 ratio, white background, mobile-first composition, etc.)

You will NOT be doing wedding cards, logos, print brochures, or social-media-only work. This role is 80%+ online product listing visuals.

Must-have (we will not consider applications without these)

- 5+ years of graphic design experience, including at least 2 years designing for a D2C or e-commerce brand

- Strong Photoshop + Illustrator skills (we will test this)

- A portfolio link (Behance / Drive / Instagram / personal site) showing at least 3 e-commerce product creatives — main images, infographics, or premium content banners

- Based in Vadodara OR willing to relocate before joining (this is a strict in-office role — no remote, no hybrid)





- Strong aesthetic judgement and the ability to own end-to-end visual direction for our online product listings, with a explicit sense for what drives conversion (not "artistic" design)

Nice to have

- Experience with Figma, Canva (for fast turnarounds), or AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill)

- Basic video editing (Premiere Pro / Cap Cut) for short-form product video

- Familiarity with online seller dashboards or premium content uploaders

Pay: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month (based on portfolio quality and online retail experience)
