Experience: 6 to 8

• Strong hands on experience with Databricks administration

• Strong knowledge and hands-on on PySpark

• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement

• Manage catalogues & schemas: Create, alter, and delete catalogues and schemas; set ownership and default properties across the meta store.

• Access control & governance: Define and manage permissions (GRANT/REVOKE) on catalogues, schemas, tables, views, volumes, and functions

• Data security enforcement: Implement fine grained security using privileges, row filters, column masking, and tag based (ABAC) policies.

• Metadata & data governance: Oversee table definitions, lineage,



tags, classifications, and ensure compliance with governance standards.

• Administrative operations: Troubleshoot access issues, manage object ownership transfers, and support platform standards and best practices.

• Cross setting data copy: Move data securely from Prod to Non Prod using approved, automated pipelines.

• Data masking: Mask or anonymize sensitive fields (PII/PHI/PCI) during or before data copy.

• Deployments: Carryout deployments using CI/CD across various environments

• Data upload: Upload data to Data Bricks as well as migrate data from other Databases to it
