Job Description

Mahadevi & Co is looking for motivated PLC Programmers / Automation Engineers to join our team.

The selected candidate will work on industrial automation projects involving PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, motion control, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer-site support.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and early-career engineers to gain hands-on experience in industrial automation systems and work with multiple automation platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and modify PLC programs for industrial automation applications.
- Work with PLC systems from Phoenix Contact, Yaskawa, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Omron, Schneider, and other platforms .
- Assist with HMI and SCADA development.
- Support machine commissioning and troubleshooting.
- Perform testing and debugging of automation systems.
- Work with servo drives, VFDs, sensors, and industrial communication systems.
- Provide technical support during installation and commissioning.
- Travel to customer sites when required.
- Coordinate with the engineering team to deliver automation projects.





Qualifications
- Diploma / BE / B. Tech in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronics & Communication Engineering
- Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering
- Mechatronics
- Automation Engineering
- Or another relevant qualification

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of PLC programming .
- Knowledge of industrial automation concepts.
- Understanding of electrical control systems.
- Basic knowledge of HMI/SCADA is preferred.
- Willingness to learn multiple PLC platforms.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.

Preferred PLC Knowledge

Experience or familiarity with any of the following is an advantage:

- Phoenix Contact
- Yaskawa
- Siemens
- Mitsubishi
- Allen-Bradley
- Omron
- Schneider Electric

Experience

Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of experience

Freshers with strong interest in Industrial Automation are encouraged to apply.
