URGENT HIRING – Customer Service / Telecalling Executive | BFSI
Location: Belapur, Mumbai
Salary: ₹16,000 In-Hand for Freshers
Experienced Candidates: Salary as per last drawn salary, up to ₹23,000 In-Hand
We are looking for customer-focused and target-oriented professionals with valuable communication skills and an interest in the BFSI / Mutual Fund industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
• Generate leads through outbound calls and customer engagement
• Make outbound calls for service updates, reminders and feedback
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products/services
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
• Achieve assigned sales, service and lead-generation targets




• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Required Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Basic understanding of Mutual Funds / BFSI / Financial Products
• Ability to handle objections and convert leads
• Freshers can apply
• Experience in Telesales / Customer Service / Outbound Calling / Lead Generation preferred
• BFSI experience will be an added advantage
• Target-oriented and customer-focused approach
