Company: Hiring for a reputed real estate development company. With a growing portfolio across residential, commercial, master-planning and hospitality, the company is developing landmark projects across Hyderabad and Bengaluru.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with appointed leasing consultants (national & local brokers) to ensure active deal flow and structured follow-ups.
- Prepare and review LOIs, term sheets, and lease agreements in coordination with legal and management teams.
- Build and expand relationships with active brokers and tenant representation firms across Hyderabad.
- Serve as the single point of contact for all empanelled leasing consultants and channel partners.
- Track competitive developments — recent supply, leasing activity, rental movements




- Provide inputs on pricing strategy, unit mix, and leasing terms based on market feedback.
- Liaise with the projects and facilities team for unit readiness, snag clearance, and fit-out approvals during the pre-leasing phase.
- Coordinate with the legal team for agreement vetting, registration processes, and compliance documentation.
- Work with marketing for collateral development, listings on portals, and any leasing events or roadshows.

Experience: 5-8 years
