Client Servicing Specialist

We are looking for a Client Servicing Specialist with 3+ years of experience in an advertising, branding, digital, marketing, or creative agency environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, understanding briefs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring projects are delivered smoothly from brief to final execution. This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, client-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day communication with clients and build strong, professional relationships.
- Understand client requirements and translate briefs into clear and actionable internal requirements.
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects across branding, social media, digital, content, influencer marketing, and video production .
- Coordinate closely with creative, strategy, design, content, influencer, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, approvals, revisions, and client feedback.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within agreed requirements, and to the expected quality standards.
- Proactively follow up with internal teams and clients to ensure projects remain on track.
- Prepare project updates, status reports, meeting notes, and client presentations as required.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns professionally and work with internal teams to provide timely solutions.
- Develop strong client relationships and understand their ongoing business and communication needs.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth .
- Support new business opportunities, pitches, proposals, and client presentations when required.




- Coordinate with relevant teams on quotations, budgets, invoicing, and other commercial requirements.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure all stakeholders are aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on trends across digital, social media, content, influencer marketing, branding, and creative communication .

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Project Coordination within an advertising, branding, digital, marketing, or creative agency .
- Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of creative and digital project workflows .
- Experience working across social media, branding, content, influencer marketing, digital, or video projects.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, timelines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Solid follow-up, problem-solving, and project-management skills.
- Proactive, positive, and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of budgets, quotations, invoicing, and project commercials is an advantage.
- Experience working on influencer campaigns and briefs will be an added advantage.
