We transform bare shells into beautifully executed residential and commercial spaces, specializing in a "Quiet Luxury" aesthetic and smart, space-saving solutions. We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer & 3D Visualizer to join our core team.
What You’ll Do:
- 3D Visualization: Create photorealistic 3D renderings (3ds Max, Sketch Up, V-Ray, Enscape) that clearly communicate design intent.
- Concept & Mood Boards: Curate physical and digital material palettes and comprehensive design presentations.
- 2D Drafting: Produce precise layouts, elevations,
and working drawings (AutoCAD) for our execution teams.
- Site Management: Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure execution perfectly aligns with your designs.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer and 3D Visualizer in turnkey projects.
- A robust portfolio showcasing 3D renderings, complete 2D working drawings, and conceptual mood boards.
- Expertise in 3ds Max, Sketch Up, V-Ray, and AutoCAD.
- Strong communication skills to effectively pitch designs to clients.
